Orders

All orders placed through this website are subject to acceptance and availability.

Harrison Wines reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, an error has occurred in the price or product information, or we reasonably believe an order cannot be fulfilled.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will provide a refund for the amount paid for the cancelled items.

Pricing And Payment

All prices displayed on this website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Payment must be made at the time of purchase using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

While we take reasonable care to ensure pricing and product information is accurate, errors may occasionally occur. If an error affects your order, we will contact you before fulfilling the order.

Shipping

Harrison Wines currently ships within Australia.

A flat shipping rate of $10 per order applies unless otherwise stated at checkout or as part of a promotional offer.

Orders are sent to the delivery address provided during checkout. Please ensure your delivery details are correct before completing your order.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Alcohol Sales And Age Restrictions

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase alcohol from Harrison Wines.

By placing an order through this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are legally entitled to purchase alcohol.

Alcohol purchased through direct sales must only be delivered to a person aged 18 years or older. Proof of age may be required on delivery in accordance with South Australian liquor licensing requirements.

WARNING: Under South Australian liquor licensing laws, it is an offence to sell or supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years, or for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or obtain liquor.

Delivery Of Alcohol

Alcohol cannot be delivered to or accepted by a person under 18 years of age.

Our delivery provider may require proof of age before handing over an order and may refuse delivery if suitable identification cannot be provided.

Harrison Wines is required to comply with the conditions applying to direct sales of liquor in South Australia. Consumer and Business Services states that liquor purchased via direct sale must be accepted by a person who can prove they are aged 18 or over.

Returns, Refunds And Damaged Wine

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

If your wine arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or otherwise does not meet a consumer guarantee, please contact Harrison Wines as soon as possible at riley@harrison.wine with your order details and, where relevant, photographs of the issue.

Depending on the circumstances, we may arrange a replacement, refund or other remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement simply because you change your mind, unless Harrison Wines agrees otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. The ACCC has recently specifically warned online retailers against return terms that misrepresent or restrict these statutory rights.

Product Availability

Wine is produced in limited quantities and availability may change without notice.

If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and may offer an alternative product or refund the affected item.

Product Information

We take reasonable care to ensure wine descriptions, vintages, images, prices and other information displayed on the website are accurate.

Bottle appearance, labels, packaging and vintages may occasionally vary from images shown on the website.

If a vintage substitution is required, we will contact you before dispatch where the change is material.

Promotions And Discount Codes

Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions, including expiry dates, minimum purchase requirements and product exclusions.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined.

Harrison Wines may amend or withdraw a promotion where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.
